PASSIVE VOICE

Present – passive     be (present) + past participle. 
     We take breakfast to the rooms.
     Breakfast is taken to the rooms.

Future intention – passive   be going to be + past participle
      We aren’t going to fill the pool.
      The pool isn’t going to be filled.

Examples from active to passive:

They will clean the bedrooms next week. > Next week the bedrooms will be cleaned.

They didn't carry the guest's bags to her room. > The guest’s bags  weren’t carried to her room.

They have just seen a mouse in the kitchen. > A mouse has just been seen in the kitchen.

They don't accept credit cards in the hotel. > Credit cards aren’t accepted in the hotel.



Do Exercises on worksheet and then write (in the passive voice - present, past and future) about two important tourist attractions and one festival in your town or country:
 
For example:

"The Festival of the Lilies" in Nola. 
The festival was organized for the first time in the 4th century with the celebration
of flowers.
Today the festival is celebrated with wooden obelisks.
This year the festival will be celebrated by hundreds of visitors.
